1. When will my order ship?
Because we produce customized products according to your demand, it will take 3~5 business days to produce after you place the order. Then it will be delivered to your home by a courier company.
2. How long does shipping take?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Orders shipping to the US:7~10 business days
Orders shipping to UK destinations:7~9 business days
Orders shipping to Australian destinations:8~10 business days
Orders shipping to Canadian destinations:7~10 business days
Notice:
Clients need to cover the resend shipping cost if parcels are returned by insufficient/wrong address and contact information.
3. How much is shipping?
STANDARD SHIPPING FEE:
The starting value of our standard shipping is 7.99 US dollars, and there will be a floating amount of 1~3 US dollars according to the actual number of pieces and weight purchased.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY:
For orders with an order value of more than 50 US dollars, we will provide a free standard express delivery service.
4. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will email you to confirm that it's on the way. This email will also have your tracking number, so the email address must be entered correctly when the order is placed.

5. Will I have to pay customs and import charges?
Maybe. Any customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The price of the goods you ordered does not include customs fees or import duties.
Unfortunately, we cannot tell you what the specific tariff costs are, as customs policies and charges vary from country to country.

If this happens, once your order is returned to our company. You will get a refund, but the shipping cost you paid is not included.
